I attended a group sound healing experience at Big Love festival 2023 and what an experience! I have never experienced sound healing professionally before and am a spiritual person myself.
Lauran was so kind and adapted to the group, she explained everything to the newbies before embarking on the sound journey. My experience was heightened through imagery triggered by the sound waves. I experienced weightlessness and was floating into the sky and experienced lots of other short images.
I felt warm and calm throughout. After the sound healing I felt so relaxed and it really helped me enjoy the rest of the festival with love, openness and compassion for myself.

I regularly attend the Cloud Nine Sound Healing gong baths at the Victorian Studio in Cardiff and from one month to the next I can’t wait to be immersed in my next sound journey. Each experience is so different but always brings me what I need. I leave with a replenished soul and a deeply rested body which is an incredible feeling.
Lauran is a most wonderful human; she’s very skilful at creating safe and nurturing environments and it’s clear that care sits at the heart of her practice. This always encourages a deep feeling of connection within our group (even though we’re strangers).
As an artist and psychotherapist, I’m interested in the ways in which we can reach the knowledge and wisdom that is held outside of our conscious awareness. For me, a gong bath is definitely a way to do this to this and I’m so grateful to Lauran for creating a pathway, that without fail, leads me to new and exciting creative possibilities. 5 stars, highly recommended!!
