In a world that can feel increasingly heavy and often isolating, we are focusing on coming together to support release and connection.

About the event
Clare James and I are very excited our return to the magical Coed Hills Rural Art Spave. for a very special autumn equinox celebration!
As we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, we face a world that can feel increasingly heavy- full of uncertainty, division, grief and change. This gathering is an invitation to pause, acknowledge what we have been carrying and consciously create space to release some of that weight.
We’ll begin with a gentle ritual of cleansing and release, gathering together around the fire. There will be space to acknowledge the energies, emotions and experiences we’re ready to leave behind, supported by the warmth and symbolism of the flames. Alongside this, we’ll enjoy some fun, nurturing nootropic mocktails- it's important that ritual also be playful, nourishing and joyful! Together, we will step through a symbolic threshold into the space, intentionally leaving our heaviness behind us.
