Treatments
The most important first step is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I like to book a initial phone or video call for us to get to know one another and to understand the purpose of your healing session. Through understanding your intention we can work together to establish how to address your needs, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual- the intention is key in working with energy in order to heal and balance all areas synergistically. The outlined sessions can be booked within the comfort of your own home or at a local venue within South Wales or London, group sessions can also be booked in the workplace.

A group gong bath can be tailored for any occasion, it depends on your group intention. It could be for experiencing deep relaxation and stress relief or creating more unity and connection for a special occasion.
Past events have included unique and intimate experiences for hen dos, birthdays and baby showers, as well as school well-being sessions and for well-being within the workplace.
Different levels of comfort can be arranged depending on the group size, for smaller groups I will provide airbeds, blankets and eye masks and for larger groups I can provide yoga mats. A group session will typically include the following:

This beautifully restorative treatment uses energy work and frequencies to release blockages, regain balance and retrieve your power back. This treatment is recommended if you are experiencing feelings of lack, being stuck or lost as well as feelings of disempowerment, lack of confidence and self-belief.
Similar to a personalised session, it will begin in the same way to allow your body and mind to fully relax and reach a meditative state before going deeper into shamanic energy clearing and power retrieval, both useful in helping us to move on from negative experiences and a feeling of being stuck in the past.

A deeply transformative healing session which begins with a gong bath to create a deeply relaxed state before being guided in a shamanic healing journey. It will incorporate the use of a range of instruments such as shamanic drumming/ rattles/ tuning forks as well as energy work on the astral plane. It may require several sessions and will be tailored to your own unique needs and reasons for seeking the treatment, such as feeling:
