About the event
Beltane Fire & Sound Bath
Join us for a grounding and enlivening morning sound bath to mark Beltane- the seasonal turning toward warmth, light and new growth. The intention of this event is to remind us that nature doesn't force growth, it unfolds naturally. Through deep rest and immersive sound, the nervous system can soften and from that place, a quieter, more sustainable form of energy begins to return. So let's focus on resting together instead of forcing anything and see what grows naturally!
What to Expect
We’ll gather in a small group for:
A simple opening around the fire to tune into the energy of release and transformation
A guided sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to support deep rest, renewal and reflection
