The gong bath will take place in the beautiful and relaxing  Wellness Centre, Merthyr Tydil. We're offering  affordable prices to ensure everyone in the community has access to this deeply healing experience.

About sound healing:

The gong is a beautiful and powerful healing tool. Its frequencies have the power to guide us into an altered state of consciousness where we can experience deep relaxation. These frequencies enable our brain to create alpha, delta and theta brain waves, the same brain waves we experience when relaxed, in meditation or in a deep sleep.

This can result in more mental clarity, physical energy and can even transport us to a dreamlike state, somewhere between sleep and our normal waking state where deep healing can take place on a cellular level.

Sound healing helps to reset the nervous system which can have wonderful results such as relief from physical ailments, stress and anxiety leaving us feeling uplifted, giving us a new perspective on life's ups and downs or provide us with a deeply restful night's sleep!

Contraindications:

Unfortunately this is not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, anyone with epilepsy or a pacemaker.
