Welcome to the beginning of Monday/ Moon Day Sound Baths- a chance to reset, reflect and realign- sometimes we need a Monday reset for the week ahead!
Join us for an intimate candlelit sound bath designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.
This is the start to a monthly, possibly weekly series of Monday sound baths! Using crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments to create calming frequencies, this experience offers space to release the noise of everyday life and return to stillness.
