You are warmly invited to a gentle Saturday Morning Sound Bath- a space to slow down, reset and ease into your weekend with calm and clarity.
This session is designed to be simple, grounding and deeply restorative. We will begin with a short guided meditation to help settle the mind and soften the body before being immersed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.
There will be no sharing circle or group discussion, just space to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself in stillness.
