Self Care Sunday Equinox Celebration

An extra-special Self Care Sunday where we combine forces with the amazing Taffside Sauna to offer sauna and cold dip treatments alongside a generous helping of body, mind, and soul-nourishing activities.

Danielle from Dakota Therapies and I have been running our Self Care Sundays for almost two years now and we have so much fun doing them! We love to get creative with our collaborations, dreaming up new ways to host healing sessions that build connection and community and are truly heart led and playful.

Sauna and Cold Dips: in the beautifully zen setting that is our beloved Taffside Sauna, we will melt all of our troubles away followed by some cold dip revivals!

Equinox Ritual: we’ll mark the equinox with a special intimate ritual where we explore chakra toning, building connections and intention setting through our sacred circle, followed by specially baked equinox goodies and gathering around the fire…
