The gong bath will take place in the Zen Den of the beloved and unique venue, The Drawing Room, Chesham. There are 4 spaces per session where guests can have their own sofa to lie on with pillows, blankets and eye masks available.
What to expect
As you enter into the Zen Den in the upstairs of the Drawing Room you will already feel relaxed and welcome in this magical, cosy space! You will be invited to choose a sofa and get comfortable before being guided through breathing techniques and meditation, enabling you to be fully receptive to the healing frequencies of the sound bowls, gongs and chimes.
Every technique practised within this hour and a half is offered in order to support your nervous system to fully reset and relax in order to leave you feeling rejuvenated and in harmony upon leaving.
